The Epic DIem Nerd Culture Expo is an epic day for families
and individuals to enjoy unique and incredibly fun experiences with each
other! There has never been anything like this on the Sunny Coast
until now. Looking for something different to start the school
holidays? Take your kids down for a fun filled day at the Epic Diem
Nerd Culture Expo.
Medieval reenactments and tomfoolery, face painting for the kids,
wrestling, board games and much more fun for the whole family. Bring a
picnic and enjoy a picnic lunch while enjoying the entertainment.
Epic Diem will also feature some amazing specialised activities for a
truly unique experience. The Card House of Maroochydore will be hosting
Magic the Gathering Tournaments and Yu-Gi-Oh tournaments and other card
gaming. The Dice Spot of Caboolture and Lawnton will be hosting a
Warhammer area. There will also be video games, laser tag, tabletop
role playing, and a cosplay competition and runway show PLUS exhibitors
selling exclusive merchandise!
Do you want the chance to participate in something truly different?
Epic Diem is proud to feature Live Action Role Playing as one of our
major activities. Try your hand at swordplay one on one or two on two
in boffer battles. Or participate in a major two hour extravaganza of
battling action in BattleSports! Get your friends together to join in
an epic fantasy battle. Its skirmish meets fantasy and it will
definitely be something you will be talking about long after its over!
Come join us at the University of the Sunshine Coast Sports Precinct for
a multitude of indoor and outdoor activities for EVERYONE! Children 12
and under are free as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Join
